Total Home Renovation Project in Progress

The Murray Lampert Construction live project is a major home renovation in Del Cerro, CA. The scope of work consists of a near complete home demolition consistening of the tearing down most of a two story, 2 car garage home built in the 60’s and building a new home with a new 2 car garage. In order to construct the 2 car garage, which is in a new location, we are building retaining walls and providing a new driveway. We also are expanding the size of some of the rooms increasing the overall square footage of the home.

This is a design build project where our architect developed a great plan both architecturally and functionally while keeping energy efficiency in mind and keeping it within our clients budget. The magnificent ocean and lake views were maximized in our custom design. We also created a space plan to meet our client’s needs.
